Make your reservation by September 19, 2017 to ensure the group rate and room availability. Group rates are good three days prior and post event based on availability.

Be sure to mention the Texas Statewide Telelphone Cooperative, Inc. (TSTCI). Reservations requested after cut-off date will be subject to space and rate availability.

Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is noon.

Overnight Self Parking is approximately $10.00/day and valet parking at the hotel is approximately $25.00/day.
