You can make your payment by credit card or check. Once you have registered online, if not paying by credit card, please make check payable to Texas Statewide Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (TSTCI)
and mail payment to: TSTCI, 316 W. 12th Street, Suite 102, Austin, Texas 78701.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be given after May 12, 2017; however, substitutions will be permitted.
