| The
Embassy Suites Outdoor World is located at 2401 Bass Pro Drive in
Dallas. Reservations can be made by calling 972-724-2600.
The original block of rooms is sold out; however, there may be a few
rooms available at a rate of $195. Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and
check-out is noon. The hotel requires a 48-hour notice of
cancellation or you will be billed for one night. The TSTCI group
rate cut-off is Wednesday, March 12.
For those staying at the suites, a complimentary full breakfast is
available. Continental breakfast will also be available in the
meeting room. Hotel Parking Parking at the hotel is complimentary. Valet service is available. Airport Transportation The Embassy Suites Outdoor World has complimentary shuttle service from the DFW airport. Use the service phone when you arrive to contact the shuttle. |
