Sheila B. Gladstone is an attorney at Lloyd Gosselink, Attorneys at Law.  She heads the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group and assists employers with all aspects of labor and employment law. Her practice focuses on counseling employers on the legal issues and strategic decisions involved in personnel decisions, auditing employment practices for legal compliance, and conducting internal investigations of employee complaints.

Sheila also reviews policies, conducts management training, defends employers in administrative proceedings, investigates and negotiates demands, and works with trial lawyers on employment law issues throughout the litigation process. Sheila is a frequent speaker and published author on employment-related issues. Sheila uses a direct approach and gives practical advice to help employers deal with personnel issues and employment regulations, so they can focus on their core business. She believes employees should contribute to, not hinder, the growth of the business or the mission of the agency.

 

As Director of Voice and Video Services for Innovative Systems, Ryan Tupper brings many years of telephony experience that started with installing computer networks and billing system hardware. Today Ryan oversees all Innovative Systems Voice & Video products including the APMAX Application Server platform which delivers enhanced Voice and IPTV Video Services all in one hardware platform.

  

Tom WackerTom Wacker serves as vice president of advocacy initiatives for NTCA-The Rural Broadband Association.  Specifically he directs its political and advocacy campaigns, manages and coordinates its relationship development and assists with the guidance of its lobbying strategies.  He joined NTCA in 1989 with several years of public and private sector legislative and regulatory experience. His primary objective at NTCA remains ensuring that rural communications interests are not overlooked.
