Job Description:

This position will design, implement, maintain and test a telecommunication data network that delivers data and voice using the latest technology. Staff will perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations. As needed, troubleshooting will be involved to resolve issues for all operational issues within the IP network.

The Network IT Technician will be asked to monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability. The network will be regularly tested as well as back-up procedures and documentation will be up to date. For capacity planning, you will evaluate system resource utilization and use the data to predict demand on the network. Conducting high-quality and comprehensive lab tests, you prove the viability of proposed engineering solutions. The Network IT Technician will communicate and coordinate other departments.

General Skills:

IT and/or Telephony experience – one skill set required, both preferred.

Proven hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostics, and network analytics tools.

Knowledge of software interface programs for telecommunication/voice over internet protocol (VoIP) systems. Expertise with relevant telecommunications/VoIP/IT software and hardware.

Performs research to obtain data on new equipment and system development in the communications field and adaptability of new equipment to an existing system.

Researches, tests, evaluates, and recommends telecommunications and data network systems.

Willingness to learn complex telecommunications/IT networks in the organization.

Preferred but not required, knowledge of principles, practices, terminology and trends in telephone system engineering, IT applications and data communications.

CSR/Sales Position

ACI/Pathway is seeking a highly motivated individual to join its CSR/Sales team! Bilingual preferred and would like for the individual to have experience with Innovative Systems Elation software but not required.

Essential Job requirements may include but not limited to:

• Provides excellent customer service by responding promptly, courteously, and professionally to all customer inquiries/correspondence by phone, in person, by email, or mail.

• Comply with Company CPNI and Red Flag rules.

• Promotes and sells Company products/services to new and existing customers.

• Receives and processes Service Orders.

• Verifies customer charges are correct on service order before closing to ensure correct billing to the customer.

• Entering and following up on trouble tickets.

• Addresses reported troubles; researches billing disputes; and applies appropriate treatment to resolve customer complaints. 

• Accepts customer payments and posts to the appropriate accounts when payment is received.

Senior Director, Operations

JOB FUNCTION/PURPOSE

Employee is responsible for the overall management and development of the West region (TX primary focus) for ElectriCom.   Sr. Director shall be invested in the success of employee safety, quarterly and annual budgets, and building customer relationships through general business development and leadership activities.   Additional role requirements focus on fiscal management of construction project services within region.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a region in relation to customers and project work on a year-over-year basis.
  • Manage customers relations via relationship building and brand awareness as well as developing additional customer relationships within the territory through bid work and negotiated work.
  • Demonstrated leadership in directing and managing construction activities for a utility construction contractor company with role specific to the West region. 
  • Responsibility for all aspects of regional results through the successful leadership of operational supervisors and subcontractors.
  • Development of internal team to support 20M in annual revenue and expand footprint further into the West region while maintaining budget targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships with key personnel affiliated with utility services such as telecommunications, natural gas, electrical, and right of way services.
  • Review and analysis of current business market and develop an approved strategic plan to grow region over a five-year span.
  • West region currently consists of Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, Arizona, and Colorado (primary focus on Texas).

COMMUNICATION RESPONSIBILITIES/ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

  • Ability to engage with the customer/client, and establish a cohesive relationship
  • Ability to listen to customer’s needs and propose solutions to help resolve their issues.
  • Be able to communication internally and externally the technical aspects of the project in a clear and concise way.
  • Provide transparency and diligence with central office operations such as contracts, payroll and administration.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction management preferred.
  • 10 – 15 years of previous telecommunications construction experience and data networking.
  • Excellent managerial/administrative/analytical skills.
  • Strong knowledge/experience with Business Development work in the telecommunications sector
